Cook and cheesemaker in Lyon, I offer cooking classes using local produce from the Saint-Antoine market.
Through my culinary and cheese-making workshops, I will introduce you to Healthy and Responsible cuisine.
Behind every recipe, there are Farmers who provide us with their passion and thanks to whom we can enjoy, with delight, dishes that respect Seasonality, the Environment and Animal Welfare, without ever sacrificing Pleasure and Desire.
In each of my classes, I guide you, step by step, through the preparation of recipes. Some will be more technical than others, while respecting the specific rules of cooking.
