Chef and cheesemaker, former farmer and creator of healthy and responsible recipes.
My journey
Former Farmer, raising dairy sheep, and originally from Alsace, I became a Lyonnaise at heart, with my whole little crew.
From a very young age as a young adult and mother, I became passionate about cooking. Cooking at home means having the power to control your diet, to eat healthy foods and to create endless recipes... and beyond!

My passion became my profession. I obtained my culinary CAP, then worked in many restaurants. But my desire to share knowledge led me to open my cheese-making and cooking workshops.
In these workshops, I share my cheese-making expertise acquired during my years as a farmer, as well as accessible cooking techniques. I explain everything to you step by step, so you can make comforting and delicious dishes.

In all these courses, I take particular care to choose and highlight local and/or organic producers. Because it's important for our health, for the environment and to leave a cleaner earth for our children.

My cooking
Over the years, my relationship with food has changed. I take care of everyone's well-being. I pay extremely important attention to the choice of products I use.
This position is not always easy to honour, it requires time and research, which I take for you and for us.
But together, it's possible and so satisfying. I love looking at my plates knowing that what they contain is good for our health.
