Workshop outline:

Welcome and introduction to the craft: Fanny warmly welcomes you to her workshop and shares the fundamental basics of her expertise.

Working with curdled milk: immerse your hands in the pre-curdled milk to shape the material and achieve the perfect texture.

Spinning the cheeses: master the technical gestures to spin your homemade burrata, braid and mozzarella.

At the end of the workshop, leave with your delicious artisanal creations, ready to enhance your future gourmet breaks.
