Discover local producers in the company of Fanny. She opens the doors of her cooking workshop to you, in the heart of Old Lyon, where you will have the opportunity to prepare a delicious complete menu, seasonal and locavore.
• Market tour and product selection: join the Saint-Antoine market, just across from the workshop, to choose the best local products that will make up your menu. Take this opportunity to discover the riches of the region and support small producers.
• Menu preparation: back at the workshop, get your hands dirty and learn to master culinary techniques to create your seasonal meal.
• Tasting and sharing: after preparation, savor your menu together, accompanied by a wine selected from local producers at an additional cost.
You can also take your preparations home and extend the experience at home. At the end of the workshop, leave with the pride of having cooked with local and seasonal products.
