• Discovery of raw materials: work with quality ingredients from local producers: AOP butter, eggs, flour, without additives or preservatives, to understand what you eat and cook with complete transparency.
• Making brioche dough: learn how to make delicious brioche dough by mastering professional techniques and understanding the secrets of its texture and fermentation.
• Shaping and gourmet variations: discover different ways to cook and shape the dough according to current recipes: chocolate babka, cinnamon rolls, brioche des rois, brioche with Lyon pralines…
